Attendance
- Students are required to attend a minimum of 75% of the total practical/clinical hours for each educational unit or course.
- Exceeding a 25% absence rate without a valid excuse may result in the student being deprived of completing the unit or course and taking the final exam.
- If a student is deprived, they are considered failed and receive a "deprived" grade. If they retake the course and pass, they receive a maximum grade of 64.9%.
- If the absence rate exceeds 25% and the absence is excused and accepted by the relevant committee and approved by the College Council, the student's status will be 'Excused Absence', and the student will not be regarded as having failed the course.
