Participation of the Faculty of Medicine – Helwan University in the 2nd International Conference on Interventional Endoscopy at King Abdulaziz University, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

In a new achievement for the Faculty of Medicine – Helwan University, and with the support of Prof. Dr. Rasha Refai, Dean of the Faculty, the college concluded its distinguished participation in the 2nd International Conference on Interventional Endoscopy, held at King Abdulaziz University in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The event witnessed active involvement from the medical team of Badr University Hospital.
The conference featured live-streamed endoscopic procedures, including peroral endoscopic myotomy (POEM), performed by the skilled medical team led by Dr. Ahmed Madkour and Dr. Amr El-Fouly, and received wide acclaim and attention from attendees.
The Faculty commends the exceptional efforts of the participating team—including physicians, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff—emphasizing that their performance reflects the high level of competence and professionalism within the college’s medical staff.
