NAQAAE Delegation Visits Helwan University Faculty of Medicine in Pursuit of Academic Excellence and Institutional and Program Accreditation

As part of its continuous commitment to achieving academic excellence and ensuring the quality of medical education, the Faculty of Medicine at Helwan University is hosting a high-level delegation from the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education (NAQAAE) from Monday, April 7, 2025, to Thursday, April 10, 2025.

The delegation, led by Professor Dr. Mohamed Sabry Selim, includes esteemed members: Professor Dr. Nagwa Nashat, Professor Dr. Heba Attia, Professor Dr. Omnia Samir, and Professor Dr. Mona Hamdy.

This visit is part of an institutional review aimed at assessing the faculty’s adherence to the quality standards set by NAQAAE and evaluating its readiness for institutional and program accreditation.

In preparation for this milestone, the Faculty of Medicine has implemented a comprehensive development plan focused on continuous improvement. This includes the modernization of academic programs, enhancement of digital infrastructure, upgrading of physical facilities, and the promotion of a culture of quality among faculty stakeholders.

The Faculty views this visit as a pivotal step in its journey toward academic leadership and excellence on both the national and regional levels.
